Meeting place: Heath Park In the Concourse at University Hospital of Wales.

Leaders: Walk leaders are Sian Evans, Carol Young, Jean Forster.

Fitness: Suitable for all fitness levels.

Path: Surfaces reasonable. Suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead.

Llanishen

Meeting place: The foyer, Llanishen Leisure Centre.

Leaders: Walk leaders are Peter Lewis, John Richards and Colin Wallace.

Duration: 45 - 60 mins.

Fitness: Suitable for all fitness levels.

Path: Surfaces mostly reasonable. Most surfaces suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead.

Meeting place: The Rangers Office in the park.

Path: An award-winning park. Surfaces good. Suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Meeting place: In cemetery behind Cathays Library, top of Fairoak Road.

Leaders: Ivor Lippett, Bill Moseley, Gordon Hindess, Mike O'Callaghan.

Fitness: Suitable for all fitness levels.

Path: Good surfaces suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. An opportunity to learn about the many interesting features.

Dogs: No dogs allowed.

St. Mellons

Meeting place: In Tesco Foyer.

Leaders: Walk leaders are Pam Heaven and Sue Hackman.

Duration: 45 - 60 mins.

Fitness: Suitable for all fitness levels.

Path: Not all surfaces suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Check the route beforehand.

Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead.

Meeting place: The Turning Circle at the top of Cathedral Road.

Leaders: Walk leaders are needed on this walk.
